Great apartments, brand new appliances, a really cozy place
Just looking at the responses that some people were given by the company is rude. There is a way you speak with people and respond and how they are is definitely not it. I was looking at moving here but I emailed them many times and got no response except to send me an application to apply when I got no information or anything about the property. I can tell all they care about is money. I'm glad I found a nice apartment to call home. I'll never consider them again.
I have lived here for about a year and just renewed my lease. I love my home, its beautiful and in a convenient location. The rent did increase at lease renewal but they did give me a nice discount based on being a previous resident. I havent had any issues except for being locked out once and a little disappointed I was instructed to call a locksmith instead of at least one courtesy lockout assistance. (Im pretty sure my lease told me Id have to call a locksmith though) My home is new, spacious, and I feel safe here with my children. I would definitely recommend this property.
Cheaply built. Entire building shakes when the train passes. The agent claimed the train rarely passed by, but in fact passes many times during the day and especially the middle of the night. On top of that, obnoxious people rev their pickups and ricers up and down Katherine and Wrightsboro, adding to the tremendous noise problem in the area.
Location is geographically close to base, but traffic is so terrible, may as well live in Augusta proper.
The cost of rent is not a very good deal for what you get. The building is new, but the $/sqft is pretty high compared to other complexes in the area. The walls of my apartment had many many scuffs when arrived, and the ethernet wiring was broken.
The stovetop takes an obscene amount of time to get hot enough to cook, compared to other coil stovetops.
The modem location makes zero sense. There is no room to put a router because of the fridge, so it just hangs there on the wall.
The parking lot is anarchy. An abandoned motorcycle was parked in front of my apartment for about 4 months.
Why is recreational amenities even an option? There's nothing in this complex, and Grovetown is a depressing town.
Beautiful homes. Great location right in the middle of Grovetown. Ended up buying a townhome instead of renting one here but loved the location and the manager who showed us around was super nice.
