Just moved in 2 weeks ago. People are friendly. Everything is like new and clean and its very quiet. Could not be happier.

The environment is serene, quiet and clean. The office staff are competent and friendly and they respond promptly to my requests.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IT IS ALL LIES. PLEASE LISTEN. This is my only one star review, and it would be a zero if that were an option. I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews because they ALL are true. This place is not only over priced, but it is outdated and the gate is ALWAYS broken. When you move in, be prepared to do A LOT of cleaning to make it livable. BE AWARE of the one million hidden fees in your rent. My 1,491$ rent is somehow 1,619$ this month, which is up from the 1,558$ it was last month. It is impossible to budget with ever changing rent. NOTHING is covered under rent and you will even end up paying their insurance. My appliances are outdated from 2006. My carpet is disgusting no matter how many times I clean it. Bugs in my lights at move in. Mold in my dishwasher, that I had to fight to replace. My AC cannot keep up and runs all day, even on a reasonable 71 setting with it being 70 outside. Your water pressure? Trash. The grounds and upkeep? Trash. Go take a peak at the fountain. Multiple rotten railings, and moldy/algae on all signs. You sign a FIFTEEN month lease. If I hadn't of lived there, I would think this place is a really bad scam.

The whole leasing process was timely and professional. Taylor was knowledgeable and informative.

We have lived at Grayson Park for almost two years. It’s a quiet and safe community and is located close to everything from restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Just about anything you need is near. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. We like living here and would highly recommend this complex to anybody. People in the office are helpful and very friendly. In the time we have lived here we have seen nothing that would concern us. We hope to be here for more years to come.

Taylor has been remarkable throughout this entire process. She has made what is a difficult transition for me to a warm welcoming experience. It shows that she really cares with the questions she ask and that she is concern about the happiness of all that live in Grayson Park Estates and she has made her self more than available. Had the pleasure of touring this beautiful community today and I must say I was very impressed with the quality of the landscape and overall appearance of this new place I hopefully will be calling home soon. The impeccable customer service experience I had with Ms Taylor was exceptional and even her colleague who sits in the desk next to her was very engaging and personable every apartment community needs a duo such as these two. I had a lot of questions and Ms Taylor did not miss a beat!!! 🤣 I appreciated her patience and honesty and how comfortable she made me feel just as if I was already home!!
