I'm currently a resident here at this property and have been for 2 years. I love the convenience of location for my less than 5 minutes commute to work and the ease of getting into the city. I absolutely love the staff. Everyone has always been respectful and professional with me. The maintenance guys are very good at their work, even when something is needed after hours. I'm even more excited about the renovations that are currently happening on the property, and can't wait until everything is completed, especially the leasing office/pool area, and gym. I've not had any issues with neighbors, noise, etc here. I feel safe living here and truly enjoy the atmosphere. There is an onsite courtesy officer as well. It's usually quiet and peaceful. Most of all this is a pet friendly property and my two canine babies can attest to that!

office staff is friendly and helpful. maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful. always timely and respond quickly.
I don't have any priblrms at all....the complex itself is quiet and the workers are excellent and helpful
We have had no concerns in living here. The office staff is friendly and great to work with and the two very minor maintenance issues were handled very quickly. The complex is nice with no noise problems or difficulties with any other residents.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From I-95, take the Highway 80 Pooler exit East toward Savannah. Wyndmere Apartments is approximately 5 miles from I-95 on your left. From Savannah, take I-16 west to Chatham Parkway. Travel north on Chatham Parkway, then turn left on Highway 80. Wyndmere is ahead on the right, about 1/2 mile.
