The character limit is not enough to type everything. So to sum it up the communication is not very well between the office and tenants. They charged us for a service without prior notice. They call saying we owe for certain things that we have already paid for. The maintenance personnel rarely returns calls. It is very rare anyone in the office answers the phone. The office manager is very impatient and talks over you.
Apartment to expensive. Needs upgrades bad

Office manager never answers the phone. Maintenance is late or never shows up. They leave things unfixed and never comes back. They are hard to reach to get anything fixed. Please keep all your receipts to show you paid. And documents everything they do or haven't done. We were shown a beautiful 2 bedroom but when we moved in we got a unit that wasn't remodeled. The carpet was nasty and had stains. The master bathroom light leaked water very badly when it rained and shorted out. Still wasn't fixed before we decided to move. The gym was a joke everything was broken you couldn't us anything. Wouldn't sent anyone there to rent. And their rent was too high for the way the apartments were kept.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
