Living here is probably the smartest thing I’ve done since moving to Gainesville. It’s right on the sqaure where everything is going on and the only nice apartments to live in the downtown area. My apartment is actually very quiet considering the road. The amenities are great and this places gives sophistication. We also get a discount at the hotel bar. 10/10 recommend

The National is a beautiful complex with an exceptional management team. Kelsey, Liz and Gabby are all incredibly helpful and always respond to questions or requests in a timely manner. Their communication and engagement with tenants is unparalleled. Highly recommend!
