The worst place to live . This place is falling apart the kitchen cabinets are so old . You call the Maitnance for heat issue and he tells you he has to pick up garbage around the property and then get to me , my apartment was so cold ! When first moving in the apartment was not finish worked on . I was rush into an apartment , work orders will take 6 to 7 days to be worked on. . Theres rusty nails coming out the balconys wood . The property refuses to give you insurance information , to put in a claim for injury . We as resident here go through RLI Insurance Company it had a renters blanket liability policy for various apartments at The Residences at Towne Crossing, yet This policy went into effect on 05/01/19, but was cancelled on 10/01/19. The residents at Towne crossings have been charging the residents a sum of $11.00 a month plus the rent . It was payed to resident @ Towne crossings . Long story short weve been paying $11.00 to no insurance because the property cancelled insurance through RLI 4 months ago October 1 2019 . FRAUD ! when I spoke to management Ebony she said she was never notified that the residents at Towne crossings RLI insurance was cancelled by her boss . On January 14 2020 she Management ebony sent out memos saying starting February 1 2020 management will be cancelling the blanket insurance . Residents MUST purchase and maintain a renters insurance liability police that provides liability insurance for negligent acts. Giving the resident at Residents Towne crossings 17 days to rush and get renters insurance for there apartment . Management Ebony send this information out on January 14 2020 . I got to speak with RLI insurance 11 days after the memo was sent by management Ebony where RLI disclosed this information from a claim that could not be made .
Response was received in a timely manner from the online inquiry. The manager was very friendly and helpful durning my visit.
Buildings are deteriorating. Walls/floors are thinner than most apartments. Fitness center is a room with a few pieces of equipment that have been neglected to the point of safety hazard.
