The Park at London

I am writing this note to compliment Shawn, a maintenance specialist at The Park at London Apts. Shawn is always professional, personable, knowledgeable and respectful. He addresses maintenance issues in a timely fashion and always goes the extra mile for the tenants. One if the reasons I'm still a tenant at The Park at London is because of the excellence service I receive from Shawn and the maintenance crew at the Park at London Apts. Pls acknowledge Shawn for his exceptional professionalism and work ethics. The Manager at the Park at London and the corporate team should recognize Shawn and his crew for all of their hard work.

It's beautiful , it's got a peaceful serene and vegetation around it, perfect for a starting family and close to central amenities

DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AND MOVE TO THIS PLACE. No repairs are being done. Painted roaches on walls in hidden places, broken down cabinets, broken appliances. Everyone in the office knows it but they still urge you to rent the place. Very deceiving. I cant wait for my lease to be over in a couple months. No heat or Ac. Its horrible here RUN. Id give a 0 if I could

RUN. This complex is a complete rip-off. I secured a move-in date and an apartment that I paid for, but they've changed my move-in date twice, each time just a day before I was scheduled to move in. When I went in to speak with the manager, she never came out to see me. Eventually, I managed to reach her by phone. She informed me that the money I paid is non-refundable but offered a different unit for the same price, claiming it was renovated. However, the apartment she showed me was far from renovated it had roaches, peeling paint, and a decrepit stove. Sydney, the assistant, rolled her eyes when I came into the office, clearly fed up with my calls. Despite having signed move-in paperwork, they keep calling to delay the move-in date. Brittany tries her best, but she knows the apartments are in terrible condition. No one from Evergreen, the property management company, is available to speak with customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’m in the process of moving from Ohio to Georgia and I called because I saw this place online. They have been so helpful to me. They have called me checked on me. Help me fill out My application and all I need to do to get approved The staff is phenomenal. The facility is absolutely gorgeous. I can’t wait to move Thank you so much for all your help

I came to the property a few months ago. Whenever I have any issues either with my unit or the community, Kenyell took care of my family and I promptly. She and Lamonta get the job done and are forthcoming with information and updates.

I moved here last September and under the old management they were not very attentive.But I have to say the new management is excellent they care about us.when I have maintenance issues they are there right away to get it taken care of. The management team are very pleasent.I would recommend this as a good place to live. its close to school and shopping. Please check out the management Team Ask for Brittany

I went to tour these apartments and Korissa was sooo pleasant . She answered all my question with no hesitation, I’m looking forward to applying to join the community.

This is my second time living on this property. I honestly can say that it has been an amazing experience. I love my building, my neighbors, and the staff. They are always so pleasant to me and my children. Of course, situations happen. Things break. But in my experience, they have been quick to respond and have been very helpful. From the sweet ladies in the office to the maintenance… I have only ever had great customer service. The maintenance guys, Lamonte and LeMahn, are so kind to us residents and our children. They are never too busy to check up on us and give updates on our repairs. Overall this has been a great experience. Thank you for making me and my family feel at home. ☺️
