I've spent seven years living at Prosper Point Townhomes. Here my children were born and raised. The management is fantastic. Everything is handled promptly by them. Ms. Marian Simmons constantly checks in with us residents to make sure you and your family are secure. Additionally, management is willing to assist with you if you have any ongoing medical, financial, or other issues. They'll also see to it that you take responsibility. Prosper Point Townhomes is currently, in my opinion, the best option for my family.

Very attentive staff. Leasing manager does a great job keeping the community safe and inviting. Maintenance is always on top of everything. No complaints.
