What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About East Point

Tha everything is near by and my favorite local business is also because I get most of supplies there it's close to where I live plus hey very welcoming I like going to subway bc it's close to my house also since I was a kid I been going there with my family

Just a quiet suburban neighborhood away from anything. There isn't anything that makes it super special, it just is nice

The neighbors are absolutely fantastic! Around the corner from me is a little gas station, always the best when I walk in. I like going to the shops a choice from 9 different stores to brows and shop!

Is mostly older houses from 1950 to early 60s...isn't much in town .the downtown area has being trying to be revitalized for years...besides going to Atlanta area is in decline overall

I find the variety of restaurants and stores surrounding me to be unique. I am new to my neighborhood so I don't have a favorite place yet. I love trying new food.

It seems that neighbors within a few houses know each other and watch out for each other. This neighborhood is good for families and older citizens.
