I had live here move back to New York then return. I am generally a hard person to please but Ashley was amazing in making sure my young adults had everything they needed. The transition was handled professionally and she was alway a phone call away if we had any concerns or questions

Great Community. Excellent Staff and Nice and Neat Landscaping. Excellent Location. And cool resident events. Very quiet and safe. Kid and Pet Friendly.

Overall, the grounds are well kept other than the fact that this property is way too big for one compactor. Help me understand how I am paying for a gated community that has 2 gates and only the resident only gate stays closed. The gate for visitors, etc is never closed. Day or night this gate remains open but yet you advertise a gated community. I'm not concerned about vehicle violations. I'm concerned about the amenities advertised and yet have seen in working condition. If the gates are broke, then say that but I have not seen any communication in regard to this. You might as well keep all the gates open 24/7. The website shows a picture of the resident only gate but no picture of the main entrance/ main gate on the website.

roaches and rats are everywhere. Horrible maintenance. No one cares about you. It's always about the money.

If you like roaches and poor maintenance, this is the place for you! Also, if you like paying extra fees you don't deserve, you'll LOVE it here

Nobody answers the phones how do they rent anything? No phone, voicemail or email. Maintenance is horrible

I have enjoyed my time here. Great staff who is trying their best to help residents. As with any apartment complex there is situations that may need fixing or assistance but I have always received the help that I need.

I have been in this apartment a little over 2 years and in all honesty, the lease consultants do their very best to accommodate the needs of the tenants. It is difficult working with a lot of different personalities from a very diverse backgrounds but this office strive towards consistency and fairness. Special thanks to Elizabeth Espinal for her continuous efforts to address my needs. Your efforts are well appreciated. Keep it up.
