Love to live in GA Duluth Lawrenceville swanee
Parking is a huge issue and I never imagined having to park so far from my unit. They have reserved all street parking for future residents and guests even after office hours! The convenience should be for the residents and street parking should be available for resident after business hours first come first serve.
The walls are very thin and I hear far too much.
I can have only two guests at the pool and none at the gym and I run the risk of being kicked out otherwise. They actually want my guests to leave their ID with a pool monitor when requested. (Two people is less than most families.) Ive paid over 10k in rent in 8 months and I feel like I cant have a family over to swim. Each of my siblings have a family of four and five. Not cool.
Staff is friendly, but the additional rules that keep adding on are ridiculous.
Upscale and not to far from the city. Downtown Duluth is across the street and has many cool shops and eateries.
I absolutely love district at Duluth. I feel as though Im living in a hotel. The amenities are incredible. Sure, parking is sometimes not as convient as others, and theres still ongoing construction, but theres so many offerings that these are more than offset. I love the pool and Starbucks coffee; Cant wait until the dog park is complete!
The Parking is the worst I have ever experienced. They have a parking permit plan that just means, residents only on the property, guests have to park across the railroad tracks across the highway to visit or their car will be towed. There is no dog park but there are a lot of dogs. Pets only have a strip of grass in between the parking lot to use. Just living the life ! :-)
