Smells of weed, maintenance takes forever, the office staff is forever changing which might be the reason why complaints/inquiries go unanswered. Dog pee and droppings in the stairwell, bugs, and cobwebs. It's a shame because the apartments are cute. Not worth the price tag though.

They never fix any issues the first week we moved we had issues with the washer leaking and it took over a month to get a replacement because they had to order one but when we got it it was a used one that they pieced together and its lo loud the no joke it sound like its going to explode but till this day a few months and its still not have been replaced and the people upstairs are soo noisy and we have put multiple complaints and nothing has been done and other. We also had an issue before we moved that we were not able to see the apartment until the actual day of moving and there excuse was that it was being painted and it was having new flooring and carpet but nothing was new it was just cleaned they do that on purpose so you have no choice but to move because you already have everything set up to move but I can't wait for my lease to be done so I can move out of these apartments l and we also have some neighbors that have parties almost every weekend and the make so much noise until very late at night and the like to throw trash from the top floor and nothing gets done and dont let me tell you about all the cockroaches that they have here. The front gate is also broken and they make you buy a gate card that i only used once don't recommend moving here stay way .

First and foremost when applying for the apartment I was told that the apartment came with washer and dryer and was a non renovated corner unit. After signing my lease and doing a walk through of the apartment discovered no washer and dryer and BUGS (Roaches) everywhere!! Literally painted to the wall like they literally rolled paint over roaches to the wall I thought it was joke. Roaches in the stove and light fixtures, cabinets and draws throughout the entire unit as I am in a 3 bedroom. Baseboards are not intact, towel rack hanging off the wall, roach species in just about all outlets just plain on disgusting. I have pictures!!! Utility closet still open, mold on all windows, mold in bathroom from previously leaks They supposedly sent someone to clean the unit after reporting 56 images and issues on move in day. But yea right. The apartment are a nice size but I cant stand the bugs and maintenance here is a complete joke. I have had several leaks in my unit and all the do is come put blowers down to dry it, spray over the mold instead of cutting it out and repaint. It smells like a basement unit and honestly I can tell this apartment was a rush job and have been sitting prior to my move in. I dont even know who the property manager is as they are never in, but the staff is cool I can say that! I have a friend who live on premise as she said the only issue she had was ants but love her apartment. I dont know if its my building as my upstairs neighbor loves leaving bags of trash on their balcony as if we dont have valet trash and dumpsters I think thats gross, and I often think they going to come through the roof as they stomp throughout the day and night its just bad. I thought maybe transferring to another unit because I cant take it no more but looking at the prices I refuse to pay $15-1600 for maintenance issues and roaches. Location is nice, schools are okay rated a 5 area feels safe its just poor maintenance and pest control here.

Ive lived here for a long time and I can speak for the entire office staff, other than some Ive experience are not very welcoming to current residence. The worst is the resident service specialist. If he is considered a specialist then you are sadly mistaken. He is very very VERY RUDE. He has no respect for residents or his elders. If I dont have to come into the office, I wont. Ive never been so disrespected! Cant wait until my time is up here.
