My wife and I moved on Dec/14...and we're so happy in the community. We were surprised when the care team came to our home to give us a welcome. They are so nice !! Every time we need to submit a request to fix something at apartment, they come in less than 2 hours. We are so happy to chose this community to live.
Astor Place is in a convenient location and is close to any shopping/major interstates. Coming to Astor Place feels like HOME. It's quiet and the sense of security is phenominal.
I've been living here at Astor Place for about 9 months now and love the community. The community is very well kept and the pool, grounds and fitness center are always clean. That was one of the selling points for me when I first visited and it remains true today. The staff is always professional and helpful. They are an awesome group. I'm very satisfied with my decision to move here and looking to renew my lease.
I liked the place from the first sight. I came here by mistake (was looking for another community, but GPS brought me to Astor place). The leasing office personnel was very friendly and attentive. I refused to have a presentation, because I was in a hurry, but they showed me the pictures and I got the overall understanding of what to expect, so I came back later to see everything live. The pictures showed the reality! I was not disappointed and made a decision to sign the contract with Astor Place.
This has been an amazing experience at Astor Place so far. I thought it would be hard going from a house to an apartment but the transition has been very welcoming because of the spacious floorplan. I am glad I made the decision to reside here.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From I-85 traveling north, take exit 105 toward GA-316 E/Duluth/Lawrenceville. Take the ramp towards Boggs Road. Turn right on Boggs Road and travel about half a mile.
