No I would NOT recommend ANYONE to move here....Tenants publicly smoke weed on the steps, there's drama with tenants with kids keeping up noises daily over tenants without kids and the property owner and managers will NOT do ANYTHING with it,and they will NOT show you the ACTUAL apartment you'll be moving into and they moved these africans into an apartment with the dishwasher and bathtub TOTALLY unlivable and their 2 year old Daughter and Newborn Baby got sick from it.The maintenance crew do NOT care to do their jobs either and they will lie directly to your face about fixing on things. They actually ONLY want your money here and quite a few of us can SEE and have Experienced this for ourselves as well.So dont move here, listen to WISDOM and take heed because even some of the NEW Tenants here are ALREADY regretting that they moved here because they're NOT being told the TRUTH about this complex from the property managers.
They are currently under new management! I have certainly seen improvements. There is a brand new fitness center that just opened ... the pool opened this summer and had been down for years. The new manager is enforcing communities policies and the neighbor is extremely quite. I look forward to renewing my lease!
Prices were to high. For me. They need information that I feel is non of ther buisness.
Why would you need to know if I have a bank account, 401k. You suppose to go by my income not what i've saved up for myself.
