Great space... my move in went very smoothly! The management team made me feel like I made a great choice. Neighbors are quiet... I look forward to my stay here

If you value your health Do not move here. These apartments are molded inside and out. Rent has triple with no upgrades. Roaches. Rats and bats are a huge problem. Will be terminating our lease.

We living comfortable and rent isnt breaking our pockets. The property is well maintained. Work orders are handled accordingly. I just renewed my lease

EVERYTHING MENTIONED IN THE PREVIOUS POOR REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!!! Amenities are not accessible at all (at least a year before the pandemic happened). The ventilation is hideous, the windows in one of my rooms doesnt open. The cabinets and countertops are so old the wood is chipping behind it. The so called pest control is done whenever they feel like it, and they only spray at the door and in the kitchen barely. The leasing agent is the rudest Ive ever encountered. The property manager, whenever she actually is in the office, is worst to deal with. When you ask for a number or address to complain, they just tell you there isnt one. Dont apply here unless youre desperate and get out as quickly as possible.
