The manager is not a fair person, lived there for over 7 years refuse to new carpet, being that the carpet that was there when i moved in was old. Roaches, ceiling cracking, never repair anything in my apartment. Plus if you move out they will keep your security for (unnecessary reasons) mine was i did not paint the area in the bookcase. which i always check with manager before using a natural color. They had no other reason why? my was denied. The manager also told me how many family members can come and go. He was always very rude. always a flood in front of the apartment door. TRUST ME YOU WILL BE SORRY. i am a senior with a handicap, which was taken advantage of.
