I like how clean and well maintained the community is. It is usually quiet (except on weekend nights, when people seem to have no regard for neighbors and blast their music/yell and scream in the parking lot). But knowing most of the residents are students, I am not surprised, nor am I THAT bothered with it.
I really like the people (neighbors, office staff...)
it's clean, great public services
Landscape. Public areas - facilities. Buildings.
