Gables is a phenomenal place to live with a highly professional and courteous staff. It is safe and welcoming. I highly recommend Gables to anyone in need of a home in the Decatur/Atlanta area.
The premium location near Emory, along with the clean apartments, makes Gables Montclair a good choice if you study or work at Emory.
Living at Gables Montclair has been quiet so far and seems safe. It is also close to Emory and the Emory buses to campus which is what is most important to me in terms of finding a place to live as I am a student. An added convenience is having many restaurants, a grocery store, and general shopping centers right across the street.
Gables Montclair provides the perfect blend of fair prices, convenient location, and floor plans that fit any need. Having lived in one of their one bedroom town homes, I can say that I am completely happy with my experience. Any concerns with my home have been resolved within 24 hours (often even within 12 hours) and the staff are welcoming and accommodating. I am very happy with my decision and look forward to more years living here.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
