Maintenance is 99% sorry am PM is unable to properly manage effectively. Roaches and rats yes rats. Tenants through trash outside (that ghetto mentality to not respect where we live), the constant gun shots and the number of times the police are called.

Great this far Tara was amazing went above beyond to meet our news and Cam was great on the tour and the office manager was great. She came out of her office when her staff became overwhelm with current and potential residents. She didn't hesitate and that was impressive to me. I am not here to make friend I an here to live in a safe environment. Make your own opinion. I have not moved in yet. That have done a lot of upgrading to the units. I am new to the south but I have notice every where you go here in GA you are going to be dealing with some kind of insect. PERIOD. IF you paying 5k or 500 it is what it is and you step up and make some things happen for yourself and you continue to expect people to always fix simple issues. Fine a solution and discuss it like adults. There is always a resolution to a problem. I look forward to this new journey, ,good bad or indifferent here we go. Bonus live near South Dekalb mall.
