This is an older complex so things are bound to break and fall apart but at this rate tear down the building or redo all plumbing in the building. I've called multiple times for help in my 2 bed room 2 bath room apartment. I've been with no water, No help and No resources after 24 hours with no response from Maintenance. I have called over 10 times and left messages every time letting them know what's going on with no response. 0 out of 10 I do not recommend with communication with emergencies. For over 2-3 months my pipes have been flooding and they put a band-aid over the problem instead of fixing the cause of the issue. I cannot use either bathroom for over 24 hours and they do not care. The water has spilled over on to the floor and I tried to use towels to help the situation. They close early and catch attitudes when you have questions or issues with your unit. Some of the office staff is lazy and will be rude if they have to do their Jobs. Their Corporate office was open thought they were open 12/29/23 but when they found out they were they were confused saying they should be open. They go by their own rules and don't care about the tenants and they don't follow protocol for emergencies!!!

Worst Apartment experience of my life. DO NOT RENT HERE. Roach infested we had to bomb the apartments ourselves . AC went out 3 times this summer and each time it goes out they wait 3-5 days to fix it. We had to go days in a apartment that was 90 degrees in the middle of July . Office doesnt pick up the phone. The rent went up by $280 this year and there was literally no improvements made to the apartments. If anything they got worse! To top it all off once you move out they are going to keep your security deposit! The manager made claims of damages/ fees in the apartment that wasnt there when moved out . This is truly the worst renting experience of my life. The only good thing about this situation is that my lease is over. All neighbors I spoke to agrees that they would be moving out too.
