I've been living here for a month now but will not renewing my lease because of its hostile management style and incompetent maintenance team. My month here so far is comprised of unsolved and delayed water leaking issues in the bathroom, unfunctional and very old dryer and constant harassment emails from the management. If you are a current Emory students or anyone who value your time and life quality, I highly recommend you look somewhere else.

Overall, a nice place to live. I renewed my lease there a couple of times before choosing to move to a new location because of rent going up steadily. I did not have any real bug problems. I can say that the maintenance was not always 100% but that they were efficient and reliable. A few criticisms/complaints: The fact that I and others had to pay for a parking sticker was ridiculous. Any non-residents parking there is a location/management issue and not something that residents should have to pay for in addition to rent and other fees. If management kept up with car tag numbers, there wouldn't be a problem. There seemed to be an excessive amount of maintenance check-ups for sprinklers and other fire-code things that could probably have been better coordinated, as I prefer to be in my apartment when someone is coming and the span of time given was quite vague. My one big complaint is that the wall paint used seems to be cheap because it was chalky (I never wanted to touch it), yellowed, and really deteriorated over the couple of years I was there (despite me keeping AC going for humidity control). This included cracks forming on many of the wall corners. On top of that, upon move-out I was charged a miscellaneous fee that "conveniently" used up the remainder of my small security deposit following the deduction of my final utility bill that was charged to my deposit.

This is basically a college dorm. There is always garbage ALL over the property, and the office staff is useless- they are all temps. My door was left unlocked by maintenance ALL DAY. They claim they are pet friendly but there is not alot of grass at all for pets, so the little area there is is riddled with dog poop. Neighbors are loud and rude, and the walls are very thin. I would not recommend living here to ANYONE.

I am very hesitant to leave negative reviews, but this staff's disorganization and disregard for its residents cannot go unnoticed. I am a resident at Clairmont Reserve and paid for a parking pass sticker and the staff still towed my motorcycle. I had emailed the staff previously informing them that it was my vehicle, that I had purchased a parking pass, but did not want a sticker on the vehicle. The staff responded stating they would let it remain parked and would "take no further action" in towing it but then towed it anyway while I was out of town. When I asked them about it they claimed that they tried contacting someone named Jasmine about it, but didn't contact me because they couldn't remember my name. Do not live in an apartment complex where the staff is incapable of searching through their old emails. In addition, when trying to sort through this issue with the staff, they were extremely rude, condescending and unresponsive. In addition to this incident, the maintenance system has also proven to be extremely disorganized. When you file a maintenance request, you can select an option stating that the maintenance team should call you before entering your home. I selected this option every time before filing a request. However, on multiple occasions, I stepped out of the shower to find them in my apartment. They stated that their failure to follow my instructions was an "oversight." Also, speaking of maintenance requests, you will have to file a lot of them because nothing works. You have to run the dryer 3-4 times to fully dry a load of laundry which drives up your electricity bill by a lot. No matter how clean you keep the apartment you will have a roach problem which the staff will not consider a legitimate issue. I initially moved to this apartment because of its proximity to Emory. However, there are many closer and cheaper apartments near Emory with a friendlier and more responsible staff. If you are considering living here, please feel free to
