They dont do what they say theyre going to do. I have never had so many lies told to me to get me to move in. Dont believe them. Dont move here.

My family has lived here for nearly 7 years now and it's not changed one bit. They painted the outside a few years back and changed management teams 2 or 3 times since then, but respect for the tenant is trash. The only reason we've stayed this long is for our children to finish school coupled with the properties location. There's a gym that can only be used during business hours for which I've been getting the same lie for almost 2 years now that they're working on getting it open 24 hours. I don't trust the property manager or the leasing manager period.

The place is beautiful but beauty's only skin deep. I'm here visiting and have been without water since 1pm yesterday. Manager called county water department who discovered(after digging through Quickset instead of asphalt) that pipes had been jerey rigged which caused pipes to burst elsewhere. Two buildings without water and as of now for over 12 hours. Its past 9:30 still no plumber. Inhouse maintenance will probably rig up something and place will be up 4 sale again. New owners just realizing that they got cheated by last owner. Still tenants, tenants suffer.
