Four days after I submitted my application I received an email saying my application was approved. The next day I signed my last and moved in. I was not shown a model apartment-nor did I ask to be-but when I moved in...everything was brand new! The sink; refrigerator; stove; sinks; mirrors; windows; doors; cabinets; carpet; floors; bathtub; toilet; lights; EVERYTHING! The painting was perfect, no roaches or mice, NONE, and the air conditioning and central heat works flawlessly!

The staff is Friendly and amazing!!! Especially Michel She is very helpful and made my experience pleasant. very quiet and safe environment.

I personally would not move here if my Life depend upon it. Yet I lived there for about 2 months in keeping my Fiancee' apartment as he was away for work. Granted it's livable if you like living with rats and roaches. The staff at that time was terrible no horrible. At the End of his lease they tried to take him for owed rent and he was a Veteran after he had given a 60 day notice and his rent was under the Veteran program HUD ! Now how can you owe monies when it was paid by the Govt. And you have already moved out. Shameless, these apartments need a redo... Someone needs to tear them down and rebuild for a newer and more upscale community.

This place sucks. An incompetent staff and nothing works. I am counting the days to get out of here. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MOVE HERE!!
