No one abated the phone. Been calling 3 days. They dont want to rent obviously

Stray cats aren't my issue, it's all the stray unsupervised kids that do not even live in this complex that drive me up the wall. I've never hated living somewhere more, we would've moved out at the end of our first lease but it was right in the middle of Covid. I've been here for almost two years now and we've been through 3 separate managers/landlords and it's only gotten worse with each one. Marcus (current manager/landlord) doesn't even answer the phone, you can't leave a message, he's hardly ever in the office - even during business hours - and doesn't even have an email set up for us to contact him. No online payment anymore, even though it was in our lease to have that amenity. The gate is broken every other day from the amount of people who live here who aren't on a lease. ROACH INFESTED no matter HOW MUCH WE CLEAN. The pool has not been open in the entire 2 years we've been here. The hoard of kids are without supervision most of the time, which results in a trash filled complex and banshee screaming outside my door from the time I wake up until I lay my head down at night (and usually after that too). Things have ONLY GOTTEN WORSE. I wouldn't believe for a SECOND these "I see the changes coming" reviews. I LIVE HERE, I DON'T SEE A POSITIVE CHANGE!

sent i move to ridge stone town homes the staff are very respectful and very help full and the untie are very clean and if any problem come up staff make sure its taking care of right away and it get done in good timing i love living here

The apartment itself is really nice for the price. I do have bug issues but they offer pest control services. It can be quite loud/noisy outside but if you play your own music/TV, you'll barely notice it.

Highway robbery. SMH. This place is steady going up on the rent. Roach infested, no real maintenance crew so nothing gets fixed. It's sad for those that work hard and pay all this rent. I'm not here to bash, but it's like your over charging. And tenants that's been living out here for years gets no accentive just gets the rent raised.
