I would totally recommend this complex to family and friends. You have the option of an apartment or lovely townhome. It's spacious and cozy. Pet friendly. Amazing staff

I have been without Ac since April, I have mold in my home where they just painted over it, my stove is broken, there is always trash by the dumpsters in the back. When you request things to get fixed they just give you the run around! I been here for a year and I regret it everyday because I was patience with them (give an inch they take a mile).

Worst apartments ever!! They used to be ok but they change owners/managers every few months. They never tell you, you just go in and its new people in the office. They go up on the rent every year but don't fix anything in the apartment. Neighbors loud and kids destroy the hallways and they do nothing about it. They won't even come out the office to assist you with the problem of the neighbors and their kids. Kids run up and down the steps and in the halls all day and night. They write all over the walls and steps. The dumpsters were moved all the way to the back of the apartments and you are expected to walk your heavy trash all the way to the back down a hill near woods. It is just awful. I recently got a house loan. I can't wait to move.

I moved into these apartments three weeks ago and I already regret it. There are gaps in between the balcony doors and on the bottom of them. I had to weather strip the bottom myself. They have a sign saying apartments have been renovated, but there is a big patch missing from underneath my dishwasher. And the bugs, OH MY GAWD, the bugs. There is trim missing in my living room, kitchen and bathroom. Where the trim is missing behind fridge, I have seen roaches running into the one-inch gap between the floor and the wall. They also run into the patch under my dishwasher. And they were casually walking through the gap under my balcony doors before I weather-stripped it. Pest control is included with the monthly rent payment. They have been by to spray my apartment two out of the three times I have asked for it (the first and second times for roaches). Keep in mind I've been there three weeks and Pest Control only comes on Thursdays - so I've asked them to spray EVERY WEEK THAT I'VE BEEN THERE. Even with that, I have bought roach baits and two different roach sprays because I was being bitten on my ankles and legs at night and thought it was roaches. After talking to a neighbor who works for a pest control company who informed me that roaches do not bite, I decided to wear some pants and tuck them into white socks and stay up all night to see what was crawling on me. It's fleas. FLEAS! I do not own a pet. None of my siblings that helped me move own pets. I have no idea how fleas got into my apartment. I have bought foggers, two different flea sprays, a sticky trap, and sprinkled Borax throughout the apartment (I felt I had used enough chemicals and wanted to use something that wouldn't give me cancer later). I washed all my clothes in the laundry facility (in water that never seemed to get hot) and now have all my clothing tied up in trash bags in my car because I'm afraid to bring clothing into the apartment again.
