I enjoy that most of the neighbors are out doing activities, whether playing tennis or basketball or just going for a stroll, you can always find someone out and introduce yourself

Great ethnic restaurants from a variety of cultures. Available bike paths that are well maintained. Ample grocery stores.

The neighbors are nice and friendly. I like the welcomeness of the people and basically their personality mostly

The neighbors are wonderful, for the most part. The area around us is developing rapidly and store well be closer.
