The apartment I moved I to was wonderful and so very clean. Whenever we have had a problem the team there has always fixed to satisfaction as quickly as possible. We love it here
I have lived here on and off since 1991. For the most part have always enjoyed it.
We are on 1st floor noisy above when walking. The patio was in horrible condition with trash and rails stripping and need painting. Lots of spiders and bugs also earth worms came in. Was told had a balance on water when just moved in and if not paid rent would not be accepted.Cant see how they would allowed you moving in with balance when you were told cant get key if electricity not on. Gate not working. There are better places for $900
Not exactly what we are looking for. Prices are a little too high.
The apartments are very nice and spacious, though there may be an occasional maintenance issue. Depending on the issue, it could take as little as a few day, up until two weeks or a month to fix. The manager, Melissa, has always been professional, and the leasing agent Lea. If you are interested in leasing, ask for Lea. The same does not reflect on one leasing agent in particular. It's unfortunate that she can huff and puff every time I have a question, or she assists me. The sad part is all I ask for is simple things, which always seem to result in a distasteful interaction. I'm not asking for a million dollars, just things that are necessary for leasing an apartment here. If you are miserable at your job, do not take it out on people paying rent on a monthly, and prompt basis. Most of us work just as hard at our jobs, and only want to come home to peace, and deal with professional people. One more thing is that it is hard to get through to someone when you call. You could literally call 20 times, and won't get through. It' best to call when they first open, even then, you still can have a hard time reaching the office.
