I had a tour on 02/22/22 and it was great. The leasing agent whose name was Terrance was very friendly, and professional. The model was great and I felt right at home.The leasing agent , Laura was great on the phone. She was professional and never tried to rush me off the phone. She is great.The Lakes is kept up very neat. I like everything I saw and loved it. Its a nice place to live. I will recommend my family and friends to The Lakes.

I lived at The Lakes from June 2017 until November 2018. I really enjoyed my time here. As a young, single female, I felt safe living here alone. I got a lot of bang for my buck as far as the quality and size of apartment and price. I was new to Columbus and found it to be a great central location. Everything is 10-15 minutes away. I have no complaints at all. The office staff was very nice and any maintenance issue I had was usually fixed with in the same day. The Online portal is super easy for automatic rent payments and maintenance requests. I definitely recommend this complex.

I absolutely LOVE living at The Lakes! The property is so peaceful and beautiful, it doesnt even feel like you are in the middle of the city!
