The most AWESOME place to live in Columbus!!! I'm one of the original tenants here, and I have NO interest in living anywhere else!! It has the feeling that you are actually living in a resort ~ yet I feel like the staff are family! If you're looking for an apartment community ~ there's no comparison!

My wife and I lived here for one year (June '19 to '20), and it was by far our best apartment living experience to date. The staff are incredibly friendly, flexible, and quick to respond to resident requests. The amenities are generous and well-maintained, the package service is quick and convenient, and management is eager to help and never manufactures reasons to nickel-and-dime you.
Our apartment itself was beautiful, and although we might have heard a thump or two from upstairs every once in a rare while, there wasn't a peep through the walls from the adjacent apartments-- making them the quietest units we've ever lived in.
As for location, Old Town is situated perfectly for convenience while still feeling removed from any traffic or bustle. Overall, we could not have been happier with our home. Highly recommended! (P.S. Our dog loved it too!)
