Run worst place ever!!! Been living here since 2016 and it has gone downhill. Management company and new "property manager " "Aimee" don't care about the people. Trash randomly gets picked up and manager blames everything on corporate or the leasing guy in the office. She sends out lease renewals letters and gives you a week to decide what you want to do. Every month its a problem with the online pay system but she is never around to help. Spend your money somewhere else!

The Property Manger they have now. She have no concern for the needs of the tenant and always have an excuse about everything. One bedroom water is not free they charge a $20 fee for water for the one bedrooms.Amenity: 1 BDR include water 1 BDR include water. A Lie and Trash area always nasty and not pick up somtimes for 3 to 4 weeks at a time.

Worst place ever. Trash never picked up and they never repair anything unless you contact he code enforcement agency. Property has black mold and is in constant need of repairs.

I was a tenant but had to move due to loud parties, gunfire in complex and noting done about it and lack of maintenance concerns. The garbage area is always a mess and the gates that are supposed to make it a gated community are gone. Roaches and mice are a problem as well. Not a good place for kids which is why we left.
