The manager is terrible! She never has time for anyone to discuss things that are going on in the community. Their business phone has been disconnected for 3 days.

Certified Resident

Our garbage disposal gets stuck a lot, and not once has maintenance complained about coming to fix it for us. They also fixed our air conditioner within two hours of me calling the office to put a request in.

The elevator in building A breaks regularly, but the maintenance staff is quick to to respond.
The leasing staff leaves much to be desired.

Apartment has a hole in the stairway that should be covered up. The peeling paint chips look bad.

Watch the cameras and begin fining residents for not cleaning up after their pets or charge a monthly rate to provide cleanup services if residents doesn't abide by cleanup policy.
