(72 Ratings)Hummmmm where do I begin,, Should I start with the Gnats? Fruit flies? Mold? Termites? Shooting? Lizards? Where should we begin? You cant even live in your apartment its like the bugs living in your apartment with you! They are your roommate. Shooting gotten so bad it was to the point it was every other day. Lizards be in the bed with you Ewww NASTYYY! Cant even enjoy the pool because of gang members coming throwing pool party & taking over. Gate is ALWAYS broke! Pest Control? Never seen them. Apartments just look FILTHY no pressure washing or nothing since I been there,, the front of the apartment look nice but of course they got to make the front look decent. I thought it was updated in the apartment butttttt they still look how they looked when Hampton Place was first built. Old dish washer, old stove, ohhhhhhh & the bathroom tub looked a mess? What I mean by a mess is they needed to be painted or something I use bleached and everything to try to clean my bathroom NOTHING IT WOULD NOT COME CLEAN! Refrigerator ice maker had mold in it GROSSSSS. Oh and dont try to move out on them they gone try to throw extra charges on you. I refuse to recommend anybody to these FILTY apartments RUN RUN RUN fast as you can!

As a result, we only contact local law enforcement when a situation escalates beyond our resources as they are best equipped to handle a wider range of issues. If you feel your appliances are malfunctioning, please submit a maintenance request to ensure they are in proper working order. We truly want each of our residents to enjoy their homes to the fullest and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you further about your concerns.
