They have new managers who come up with random fees, so happy my lease is almost up .

We're sorry to see that your experience here missed the mark. All of our policies, including when you have to give notice, should be clearly outlined in the lease from the very beginning, as we never want our residents to feel blindsided. We are truly sorry if there was some sort of confusion in this matter. We certainly never want anyone to feel like there's a pest problem in their home, and we strive to make every member of our community comfortable and happy. We'd be happy to discuss these matters more in-depth offline in order to get a better understanding of what prompted this review, so please feel free to reach out to us at the leasing office. The apartments are well kept to be as old as they are! I guess it depends on what section you live in because there was rarely a parking space due to my neighbors visitors who was loud, his visitors stayed in the parking lot talking, drinking, smoking and roaring car engines until 5 and 7 am during the week and weekends as if his neighbors didnt have to work the next day!! On call officer slow response!! Office staff never available!!!

Maintenance has a quick response time. Staff in front office is friendly. It is quiet where I live and not much noise.
