When inquiring about the viewing of their apartments, I was informed that they had multiple people which had already applied for an apartment...okay, but I wasn't calling about how many people had applied for an apartment and that you were waiting to see who would be eligible for it...do you only have one apartment available?? I was calling to see if they had any available apartments and if they were doing virtual or on site viewing. People need to be aware of how they present themselves on the phone or in person, because of how she presented herself to me on the phone was very unprofessional and if I knew someone that was looking for an apartment and I knew that they had vacancies I would not recommend them

Do not sign a contract with this apartment complex. While I like the look of my apartment, the onsite property manager and maintenance crew as well as the remote management leave much to be desired. I find them unconcerned about residents issues, sometimes taking days to resolve maintenance issues. If your property is damaged due to their neglect, they have no intention of making you whole. Instead you will be told about renters insurance. Of course renters insurance wont reimburse you for the paint left on your belongings because Cooper Creek Village maintenance didnt use a drop cloth. I havent been here but 7 months and am absolutely done! By the way, resident turnover is high.
