Before now i stayed here for about 16months the office staff was amazing handled every issue and so did maintenance. During the course of my stay management changed hands from the looks of it , it becomes worse every time . After graduating school i decided to move back here and the management is horrible but always offers help. The first two days of stay I had no hot water , for a week no hot water in the bathroom, bugs in all my lights (roaches, gnats, flies) , blind are still dirty ( had 20 dead flies ) , gnats coming out the stove unable to cook for 3 weeks ,air coming through windows and i kill about five roaches a day. After speaking to an leasing consultant i was told they could clean the unit but that has yet to happen due to mangers disapproval . After three weeks I was offered the ability to transfer to another unit if i paid 500 dollar to transfer. So dont move here management changes all the time , you have to see maintenance on property to have anything done , most of all unprofessional . never answer the phone once you become a tenant

It is beautiful but for such high rent , they have a terrible roach problem!!! First day upon moving my kitchen and living room had roaches every where alive roaches
