I will give 3 stars because the move in process was easy ! I love the size of the apartments but they over priced to me especially not being able to use the pool. My rent for a partial renovated 3 bedroom unit is 1,211 that includes trash, pest control and water. I experienced issues with my AC unit and as well as my breaker had some issues which was causing my light bill to sky rocket. I was treated like it was my fault when I had been complaining since May about it. But unfortunately I will renew my lease but next year I will be looking for a new place. It was ok when Vetron was over it but this new owner Asden Im not really feeling them to much. I was hoping that I wouldnt have to move for a while but it looks like I will have to. I forgot to mention they gave me $200 off my rent due to my light bill and I told them I was gone me late but still charge me a late fee.

I love this property. The management is excellent and the apartments are spacious. I have lived here over a year and will definitely renew again!!!

The trash us ALWAYS overflowing and the first thang you see.There is trash in the breezeway and the staff is cool until you bring things to there attention and then they get rude.The residents are loud and fight all night.

Beyond disappointed! I reported in 4/25 that my apt has mold. The office never contacted me all they did was send the maintenance man to clean the mold and paint over it in which it came back through. I had to he asked to move out the apt due to getting sick from the mold. The property manager won't move me out because I won't sign a new lease. I was told on May 9 that my lease was being terminated on May 31. On top of the fact mold continues to grow in my apt. I've been a tenant over a year. I originally turned in my 60 day notice and only stayed because the issues I reported in the neighborhood would be handled. They don't have security patrol anymore. Kids pull the fire alarms. They shut off the breakers to the apts. They vandalized the pool and now you can't even use the pool. The kids play in the street and won't move. Wishing I stuck with my original plans. Now I'm suffering.
