No parking after certain hours . Especially before 7 pm . The money I am spending I don't have adequate parking and the breeze way is really dirty.
I have been living here for almost 2 years now. The apartments are kept very nice and clean. If I need any maintenance done, they come and take care of it right away. Everyone is friendly. We feel at home here.
The leasing staff and maintenance team is excellent
The front gate is broken most of the time. Drivers don't drive in the direction they are supposed to (there are signs and arrows on the road) and people walk in the street and parking lot constantly even though there are sidewalks. In some places on the apt. property there aren't sidewalks so people walking on the property are almost getting hit by passing cars. People always park in handicapped spaces in though they aren't handicapped. In the morning during the school year kids will stand in the road, parking lot and in front of the main gate blocking traffic waiting for the school bus. Cars also will sit in front of the main gate not allowing traffic to get through. Dogs use the breezeways and sidewalks for the bathroom. Breezeways are covered constantly with trash and cobwebs. Trash people refuse to pick up a majority of trash and then management turns around and fines people for unpicked up garbage. Cars are parked everywhere illegally in parking lot (including in the grass & in front of garages blocking them) and for a garage it's $100+ per month. You must weave in and out between cars in the parking lot just to avoid hitting one. Rent goes up between $100-$300 per year. Once you get outside the apt. complex expect heavy traffic on Hwy. 20 (Buford Drive) and the intersection to be blocked with cars. I was also told after I moved out my apt. would be renovated with new carpet, appliances, etc... I was then told I still have to pay for any stains on the carpet even though it will be thrown out after I leave! I'm paying for stains on a carpet that is going in the dumpster. One of the only good things about this place is the maintenance staff which does an excellent job fixing things.
