Quiet neighborhood except for the barking dogs at times. Maintenance fix your issue very quickly. New management seems pretty cool. I dont have many issues here.

When I moved here in 2017, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The apartment was very convenient to everything you need, CVS, gas station, Buckhead, Kroger, I-85, downtown...etc., the apartment was the perfect size for a single person, neighbors were quiet, better upkeep of community cleaniness, maintenance were quick to fix any issue. My only complaint was if your apartment was facing the highway, you will for sure hear the noise. Upon transferring to another apartment the next year, I had a huge fiasco with management with a complicated issue with the transfer. I explained my side of the story and the manager was less than patient with a horrible attitude, didn't bother to assist or just even try to understand. I was even threatened to be evicted when I was just trying to understand the entire situation. Other members of the management team were always patient or at least had better training in customer service. I think that says a lot about them and what you're getting into. Management is the image and also the service of the entire community. Had I not been treated that way, I would for sure recommend living there because I do enjoy this place but because of management, I am thinking of ending my lease early or not renew my lease nor recommend this place to anyone until a better manager is put in place.

Avoid renting here, they have horrible management and maintenance team.Basically sitting in their office to collect your rent, they charge you over 100$ for water, pest control, alarm,trash pick up. Gate always is messed up broken during weekends and some trashy tenants moved in turning this complex to a ghetto hole. A few months earlier one of the neighbors got gun pointed at her,SURPRISE gate was open. Pest control man does not spray for months yet they charge you for it every month.
