I feel safe, never any concerns about that, quiet, no body hanging around.
grounds are well kept and maintenance service is excellent. Management is responsive to residents concerns.

Came to view a 2 bd apt today with my husband. Leading consultant spent several minutes on the phone with another man waiting as well as us waiting to view. The other man stated that he had to wait while she got off a personal call for her to even acknowledge him. I waited about 30 minutes for her to completely get herself together. We all headed out out to view the 2 be Apts but she was disorganized and had to call maintenance out just to get a golf cart out. I thought on a Saturday the leasing staff wouldve been more organized, better attentive and it really reflects on the property. Property seemed to be nice and upkept. But if its all of this just to view an apt I rather not live on property. The other man and me & my husband decided we didnt want to view the apt anymore since it was a huge hassle and WASTE OF OUR TIME! Professionalism goes a long way with being attentive and on point with being organized and aware of whats going on.
