The location is great and the pool is nice. There always seems to be something broken such as the gate or trash compactor. They make you pay for valet trash even if you live right next to the trash compactor. The outside trash bins around the building are overflowing with bags of dog feces and smells horrible. The staff are not great about communicating with residents and there are rarely any resident functions. In my opinion, it is over-priced.
Staff is nice and helpful. Location is amazing. Not perfect because the trash isn't regulated so people will leave trash in the halls. As you can imagine this smells horrible. Also I had a surprise package sit in the office for over a month because they don't notify you when you receive something.
Major parking deck issue. They do not have any method to control the people parking in the deck, and I as the only resident in my apartment do not have a place to park ANYWHERE in the deck after about 11pm. There are residents parking extra cars, and allowing friends to park in the deck to walk to bars or use the pool, and leaving the residents without a place to park. Someone without a handicap tag has to park in the handicap spots on each floor every night, because there's nowhere else left.
Although I love the location of the property, I feel the upkeep isn't at the level it should be for a brand new community. There are stains on the floors and scuff marks on the walls throughout the breezeways, cobwebs in the stairwells, and numerous bugs in the external light fixtures. Also, the design and finishes within the apartments aren't as top of the line as competitor properties.
I love living here and the location is perfect, but don't find the valet trash and fee necessary.
