1 HOUR FROM PICKING UP THE KEYS they called us and told us that we didn't qualify to move in. We had paid our deposit. Had the internet and utilities paid and in our names. OUR LEASE SIGNED FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS!? Now almost 40 days later I haven't received a dime back from them. I called them for 5 weeks asking where the check was mailed to and did not get an answer and was told they would call me back. FOR FIVE WEEKS!!!!! TODAY I DROVE THERE TO FIND OUT! And when I tell them I don't believe a word they are telling me they ask me not to get rude and have a nice day like they are done talking to me???? I'm sorry did y'all forget what you did to us!?!?!!?! EVERYONE PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THEY FACT THEY THREW US ON THE STREET 1 HOUR BEFORE MOVING IN.

Do not even think about renting an apartment here. Moved into a new construction apartment that had a list of issues 2 pages long upon move in. Have been in the apartment since May, and the sticky goo that was left all over the entry was just recently cleaned. Office staff are not responsive to concerns and blame the tenant at every opportunity. The app used for rent payments does not work properly and the office staff have no idea how to fix the issue. Reached out to the app and was told to contact the property. Now there is a $160 fee for late rent and nobody in the office cares or can help. In fact today comments were made about placing negative comments in rental history. Run fast and far. Dont go here.

Edit: Since the time of my original review, the property manager has changed and in about a month and half's time she has managed to make the place worse. Office staff hide behind their phones, and when you confront them in person they are rude and disrespectful. Bree, the new office manager doesn't care, and when I told her that all she could say was "that's your opinion". My AC was broken (it has a leak they refuse to fix), and claimed that it wasn't until they realized the temp wasn't going down despite their attempt to fix what they "thought" was the issue. My apartment was anywhere between 82-85 degrees while they danced around the real issue. Once they finally added the refrigerant to the ac (about 20 minutes of work done by non-certified maintenance instead of an actual professional to save a buck), my ac began to function as normal. Unfortunately such a simple issue required multiple calls to corporate and the regional manager before it was addressed. I was out a full day's work, because had I not been there, it would've never been resolved. Bree also mentioned the a/c work of phase one of this construction is a botched job. They are aware it's garbage, but refuse to fix it - and you still have to pay the "luxury" premium. Save your money. This place offers no amenities and asks for a premium price. The nicest thing about it is the countertops, outside of that, youll get walls that you cant clean without the paint coming off, walls thin enough to hear everything going on around you, and no parking next to your building unless you never leave. Our lease renewal was a T W O H U N D R E D and F I F T Y dollar increase with absolutely nothing to show for it. Its an absolute joke, and anyone thinking of coming here for 1600 dollars (current internet price at time of review) should just go to the 20 other pooler apartments for less money and more amenities. Oh, and garages are 150 additional. Greedy, greedy, G R E E D Y.

We will be moving in soon from 10 hours away. I have been on the phone and FaceTime with Jeremiah there and I couldnt be happier. He has made this stressful task pretty worry free for my wife and I. Couldnt be happier with the community so far and especially Jeremiah.
