I don't recommend these apartment they are horrible they don't fix nothing and the pictures is not what you think they are too high and overrated overpriced management sucks

The renovations were not worth the price! I was not impressed at all. Its not what you think! I expected a lot from the photos and was disappointed.

I move into these apartments April 2019. I've been having issues with them right and left, with the management, as well as a maintenance staff. They are not compassionate about the residents who stay here nor how the apartments been kept up by the maintenance staff. Repairing broken items, appliances in a timely manner. Lies by management on when the repairs might be completed. The hot temperatures with no Ac, without my A/C working PROPERLY my a/c unit stays anywhere from between 80 to 95.The health problems are not liveable in these conditions and Not having the proper A/C fix with this Heat!! I can not even have my family my 7 years old sister, 10 years old brother, 4 month old and 10 month old neices and friends over, because the A/C unit in my apartment is always broken. I have been reporting this issue from after my second week living in this apartment until current day. The staff here is more worried about quantity they off rather than quality they should give to their tenants. I want to move out, but that will put an eviction on my credit report, something that I don't want!!! They will tell you that whatever maintenance issue that you have with the apartment is not their concern, rather it be the maintenance staff problem. They do not have the adequate updated appliances in their units. When you make a maintenance request it takes anywhere from 1 to 30 days or more for them to rectify the situation. The AC units in each apartment is outdated and when it comes to them fixing the problem, they use a temporary solution for permanent problem instead of updating all the AC units in each apartment. I have been living in apartment with a floor fan ( box fan) plugged in my living room and that's where I've been sleeping. 9 out of 10 wall plugs do not work and hanging from the wall. They have more sprinklers in the units than the adequate lighting that is needed to live comfortably in a home.They only have 1 maintenance man for the entire complex.

My appliances are not all black, neither do I have air conditioning. I disagree with the statement in the advertisement.
