Because you're leasing consultant was very nice and the apartment are nice .
On a general overall statement, if there is a problem or concern it is answered and taken care of after notification. Also the location has been so far a quiet and peaceful place to be. I do feel there definately needs to be DRAINS put on the outside of the duplexes There are a few more things that I feel needs to be confronted. But over all, I am pleased to be here.
I like the location and overall atmosphere of Woodknoll. However, there have been countless changes in management, which makes it difficult to know who to communicate with. If I need to speak with someone in the office, it is a struggle. Unless I catch them very first thing in the morning, I'm out of luck and end up only talking to the voicemail. Also, several things that I was told would be fixed with my unit, when I first moved in over four years ago, have never been addressed.
Apartment worn down somewhat
Worst customer service ever. On the tour and all verbal interactions were great but when it came time to put the paperwork through or if your denied they loose your money they are supposed to send back to you they gave me the runaround for approval and I got denied and got approved at a more expensive and prestigious place when I politely asked for my refund they said they sent it for a whole week it never got sent I gave them the correct address to send it supposedly they sent it to the wrong address. I felt like I was treated like a bum when I got denied and I was approved at way nicer places. 2 weeeks laterstill haven't got my refund for all the movein fees and everyone I speak too seems to justbrush me off to the next incompetent person. I have been a Office Manager for ten years I have never witnessed this type of treatment
