Woodhill Apartments

My name is Pamela and I am currently a resident of WoodHill Apartments. I am going on my second year of living in this complex. I am very happy with the Management staff, especially Courtney. Courtney has gone the extra mile many times to assist me with any problems or concerns that I may have had. She is always courteous and professional. I appreciate that very much. I understand what kind of a person it takes to manage this size of a property, along with her subordinates. She does a great job doing both and that is a big reason why I recently signed another 16 month lease. Keep up the great work Courtney!

I absolutely love my apartment!! I have a 2 bd 2 ba apartment and its super spacious! My new floors are amazing and easy to clean. The view from my balcony reminds me of my home in West Virginia. In the morning I can sit on my balcony with tea and view the pond and ducks swimming in the water. It makes for a relaxing morning.The complex is quiet and the staff is so helpful!

Very ghetto, and need renovations in some areas my area especially They pick the apartment you live in very disappointed

I'm graduating this year and moving out next month. I've lived living here this whole time. It is close to the University. I would stay longer but I'm going back home after graduation. I'm going to miss living at Woodhill

Looks like a place where I would possible move to.

Although the staff is kind and are good at communicating, pest control is an issue. Due to the abundance of trees and the giant lake, there are a LOT of bugs that find their way into the apartments. Every night I am running around the apartment trying to catch bugs from ones that fly to ones that crawl. As soon as I put in my notice that I was moving elsewhere, they stopped calling pest control.
