The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and strive to make your home life as safe as possible. The neighborhood itself is quiet and the landscape is kept very nice. I've been there almost 4 years now and have not encountered a problem as of yet. Anytime maintenance is needed, they're always on time and quick.

I enjoy living at vintage creek I have made it my home. I haven't had any problems so far w/ other residents. It's nice & quiet environment 2 live in. I like where I am, we have some noise but not a whole lot. People come in go but it's ok. Maintenance does a great job repairing what needs 2 b done around the apartment also friendly. Staff Is friendly &are their when u them so they can provide with any kind of assistance .

Worst place ever never maintenance never answer the phone office people nasty never come on time ATC Development should have never left nothing for kids to do

The apartment wasnt what Id expected. The paint was really cheap which caused the walls to stain easily. The walls are so thin that you could hear all your neighbors conversations. Alot of people would leave trash by their door all day. Ive moved out a few months ago and still havent received my deposit back...Multiple attempts has been made on my end, and no one ever returns your call, which is pretty upsetting. The best thing to do is reach out to the corporate office to get your deposit back. One other thing, you can smell whatever food your neighbor is cooking inside of your home..Other than that, its close to base, and has a good location..
