My roommates and I have just recently moved here with stars in our eyes and now were starting to regret believing this was the best choice. Since day one weve had a non working toilet which noone bothered to check and there has been numerous other issues with plumbing and our water. For THEEE WEEKS now weve constantly tried to contact management about this issue and each time were told that someone is on the way only to see noone comes at all. This isnt fair in the slightest considering I have a co worker who just recently moved in after us and EVERYTHING is working fine for him. Why is that relevant? Maybe because hes in a newer unit so everything has to be proper. Even if that is irrelevant, we dont appreciate the lack of effort towards getting our problems solved. My review will only change once we get some type of help. But as it stands, were extremely disappointed.

Man I liked what I saw

My experience so far for 220 West has been great. They responded to my inquiry quickly. When I went to see the unit, the office staff was very Friendly and Welcoming. I am still in the process of applying for residency and I hope it will go as smoothly as things have so far. The website isn't as user friendly as it could be when applying online, but I think I have figured it out.

This is still Southern Grace. Same problems and conditions but higher prices.

Outstanding service manager (Eric), He was very considerate and helpful during our visit. Wish all maintenance people were as helpful as he was. Thank you Eric. Keep up the good work.

Excellent place to live. Very quiet. Staff in the office is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance men Wesley and TJ they are excellent. When a job needs to be done they get it done. Need more maintenance guys like TJ and Wesley. On the downside you have another maintenance man that rides around in his White truck and getting pay top dollar and don’t do anything. but overall it is a very nice place to live.

ASHLEIGH IS THE BEST!!! SHE DESERVE A RAISE!!! THE PROCESS TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR AND SHE WAS SO SWEET AND SHE MADE SURE WHEN I MOVE IN THAT EVERYTHING WILL GET DONE!!!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!

From the first day I stepped into the leasing office, Ashleigh did her best to make me feel comfortable. She was patient and answered all my questions with knowledge and professionalism. Miss Katie was also very sweet and further relieved any hesitations I had about moving. These two ladies are doing their best to turn this property around and make sure the residents here feel at home. Thanks to Ashleigh, the process from first applying to receiving my keys was smooth. I look forward to living here!

This rating is strictly for the leasing office agents and their willingness to help me. I call a couple of days before having to leave my townhome in Virginia due to infestation of termites. Ashleigh was the person I spoke with initially who was very patience, calm, and knowledgeable about all my questions. She never once try to get me off the phone or refer me back to the website. I felt very heard and understood on what I needed and wanted in my choice of a new home. I was also given the pleasure of chatting with Cadie as well who weighed in reassuring me this was the best choice. After speaking with them I put my application in and they have been communicating with me every step of the way. Very excited to be moving into a place where the leasing agents care, thank you ladies. 🩷

Just moved out here 2 weeks ago and I can say I truly love it. Very quiet and CLEAN. The management is so nice

100$ Worth of dresses stolen out of my mailbox because it doesn’t lock and they won’t fix it. They just put up new fences and they aren’t closed in. So your pet can’t be outside in your own back yard….it’s worthless. Also my dishwasher was replaced last September, but they said they would be back “in 20 min, I have to grab the part.” No one has been back. They’ve been here to rip my fences down and leave them wide open for a month, or to install all new appliances(so they can raise the rent in June), or take down the apartment numbers….but fixing my dishwasher/breaker is taking 6 months?! I have asked repeatedly, and the property has been crawling with maintenance people and contractors for 3 months. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
