The Traditions At Augusta

I moved to the tradition approximately 2 weeks ago and I must say I am really happy I made this choice.The office staff, Juliette and Brittany are very professional, courteous and caring. I want to also give the maintenance staff their due credit as well.I simply love my apartment, it it very clean and lots of room. The grounds are kept up beautifully and it is very safe and quiet here. I highly recommend living here.

Apt 172 shouldve never been leased. The Assistant Manager, Becky, has disregarded the emails I send about my apartment issues. This roach infested apartment is disgusting. She should be fired for leasing this apartment and I should be free from this lease. The day I came to get my keys she said she order a new refrigerator the day before, I still haves received it. I went to the office to address the roaches and she was nonchalant about the issue and said she would talk to her manager and follow up and I never got a follow up. I go up to the office today, again, about the roaches and I was told that the would send pest control every week but not able to guarantee a new refrigerator. Nobody cares about the roach infestation in this WHOLE BUILDING. There is no way possible that it is just my apartment because I witnessed a roach come from the other side of the hallway of the building to try to cross over to the other side. Im tired of living here, this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I want my lease terminated because these are inhabitable conditions. I was also told that because I dont have documentation of Becky saying she was going to put another refrigerator in here that theres nothing they can do. I was unaware that apparently no one at the property has to take responsibility and can go back on there mor word whenever they want.

I have lived here for several years, never regretted living in my unit until recent change of management, maintenance, & customer service. The dumpster area is filled with trash, old furniture, bags of garbage & more. The air conditioner has been out for 4 days, but only to receive excuses to why they havent done their job, after several visits for the same problem. The pool has been inoperable all summer, today is Sept. 28th 2022 & still not available. The gym is gutted out and under construction, hasnt been accessible for 2 years. The reason for this message is to prepare the person in search of a new comfortable living environment.

As many of the reviews you see listed here, best advice to give you about this place: STAY FAR AWAY! Period. Completely outdated, overpriced, mold and pest issues that are not resolved, and worst of all the management/employees are rude, lazy, and they downright DO NOT CARE about their tenets. Been here for over a year and can tell you that this apartment complex is nothing more than a scam leasing organization that only cares about your money(thats speaking for both organizations that have owned this complex since being here). Save your money and go elsewhere. It is not worth the time wasted or the many frustrations you will encounter, and that is guarantee living here. NOT WORTH IT!

DON'T LIVE THERE! AVOID GETTING STRESSED!!!! We've lived there for 2 years. The apartment was old and we knew that before moving. The playground was totally destroyed (real hazard), the gym you could get tetanus if you try using it and the pool is always closed. When we decided to move from there my wife talked to the leasing office and took them almost 2 months to make a document formalizing it. But we had to go after them almost everyday. So we paid the fees normally and we scheduled a day for doing the walk-through. NOBODY went there to do it on the scheduled day/time and we were about to leave by the next day. We called the leasing office and as ALWAYS nobody answered. So we started walking and found one guy from maintenance and he called the leasing office girl (a private number) and she said "she forgot and about it and he could do". He did but he was no prepared and he did not give us any documentation. The next day we left the keys on mail box and moved to PA. So far has been more than 40 days and they STILL DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE and DON'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM! I want my money back and the proper documentation. It's not a favor! If you read until here and want an advice again, DON'T LIVE THERE! AVOID GETTING STRESSED!!!!
