Roach infestation, terrible removal, rude customer service over the phone, never get back to you on things that go wrong

Roach infestation, not soundproof, and cheap renovations. Its a hassle living here and I would not recommend anyone move here.

I am glad that I have moved out. The previous manager was nice, always responded and solved the problems promptly. However, everything changed after the apartment was sold to a new owner. The management now is sucks. It took one week to fix my toilet leakage. The kitchen disposal only worked for three days after each repairment, and then it stopped working. The window leakage in my bedroom was never repaired well. The manager told me the repairment was done, but the water still leaked into my bedroom in every heavy raining day. Eventually, I gave up to fix the disposal and window.

It is a very old building with a lot of problems inside. Although the company had made the redecoration, the problems are still there. The soundproof is terrible, I could hear neighbors fighting, signing and their music. ROACHES is the biggest issue. Don't trust their pest control. If you want to live here, youd better to do the pest control by yourself. I used a lot of boric acid, COMBAT and Raid and never kept the kitchen waste in the room overnight. I still saw the roaches in my room.
The attitude of current manager is distant and not friendly. She only replied my email when I asked the questions about the lease and how to pay my rent. After I moved out, my account was deducted $647. I wrote the email two times to the manager, she didnt reply me. When I called the manager, her attitude was impatient. So, I called the person who in charge of the apartment rent in SPM, LLC (the company of property management) and left the message. Still, never got any response. They closed my Rent account, so I have no way to check the money. IGNORE is the way how the company manages the apartment. I think I will never know what is the $647 used for.

There are lot of apartments in Augusta. I lived here just because its near my working place and the rent was cheap before the redecoration. If you have the budget of $800, you can find a better place to live in Augusta.

We're sorry you've had an unsatisfactory experience at our community. We enjoy keeping our residents' homes in tip-top shape, and our records indicate your work orders were completed within 48 hours. However, anytime a resident is unhappy with repairs made in their apartment, we will gladly return to inspect or revise any performed maintenance.

We understand pests are unpleasant, which is why we offer pest control by request on a weekly basis. While we did not receive any requests from you, we are always willing to service our residents' homes. We apologize if you were displeased with our staff. Friendly professionalism is our policy, and we are sorry if we fell short. Upon receiving a check from you for $647 it was deposited with other incoming payments. However, upon reconciling your final bill, we found you did not owe the amount paid. Our manager spoke with you on the phone and informed you a full refund would be returned and has been processed by our billing department. We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding.

While the cost for our apartments are in-line with surrounding communities, we are sorry if you did not find us to be the excellent value we strive to provide. We would be happy to speak with you about these issues if you would like to discuss matters further. I thought it was nice at first glance and looking on their website but boy was I fooled. They say its newly renovated however it was a poor job. The bathtub starts chipping off within 3 months of living here, the floors have bubbles in them and if you dont have a patio or balcony its VERY depressing. They have a pool but this summer it didnt even open until the very end of June. And even after it was open they closed it down at LEAST 6 different times for maintenance and wouldnt be opened until a week and a half later. Oh! And just like every other review, there are ROACHES. Ive had pest control come by 3-4 times and 1) They are very rude and 2) not even 2 weeks later they are STILL there. The leasing office rarely answers their phone so its basically luck if they actually pick up. All in all, DONT move here. I pay $950 a month for 2 bedrooms and it doesnt even come with a patio. I wouldnt even call this an apartment but they charge like we are living fancy! So unless you want your pockets to be robbed DONT move here.
