The changes they have made are awesome. It feels brand new. The manager is great and she really cares about making this a great place to live. Maintenance is handles rather quickly too!
Very nice management. If something is wrong they respond quickly. Has a pool and park close to the mall. Has alot of spots close to pick somewhere to eat. Very clean and respectable neighbors.
Parking is terrible. I work second and third shift and I usually have to park at the end of the complex even though I live in the first set of apartments. They have assigned parking near the leasing office just to give future tenants a false impression.
They don't replace anything. They do patch work. The plug for the burners on the stove slip out. I had to have maintenance come out three times to plug them back in because replacing the stove is unnecessary.
I'm currently waiting on someone to look at my refrigerator. I came home from work to find everything in my freezer thawed out. I had to throw out everything.
I won't be reimbursed and I guarantee they won't replace it.
BEWARE! office staff is horrible. They harass ppl for being outside and call police on kids. constantly changing staff. rates def not worth these small outdated apartments
There is assigned parking near the leasing office but it's open parking everywhere else. It's a nightmare finding a place to park in the evening.
Don't let the new paint fool you. They do not maintain the property. The trees fall even when it's clear outside. One of the trees broke my windshield. When I reported it I was told that's what renter's insurance is for.
You have to pay a fee to pay your rent even if you're paying it on time.
Nothing is upgraded but your rent will increase.
