Highly unprofessional , I felt like they target me and my roommates mainly because we were in college.
Geat place to live been here over 13 plus years. Had a problem with my a/c during this pandemic but the maintenance man fixed. New office mgr. Kimberly is always so pleasant to talk to, we have others that you hated to go into the office you thought you were talking to a teenager. Its conveniently located to everything and we have military personnel living here.
These apartments are very outdated. The apartments are nothing like the picture. They are trying to charge tenants to get updated appliances. It should not have to be a tenant to update appliances or flooring in a place they are renting. The leasing manager Kimberly Is nice, nasty. She will tell you something one minute you talk to her then it is different when you talk again. She is very argumentative which does not look good as a manager and a potential renter. They expect customers to give them money without seeing an apartment. Too many red flags so I decided to go else where. Runnnnnn.
The complex was built in the 70s and it shows. Substantial rent increase because of "mandatory" upgrades. Six months later & we have not seen these new appliances we are paying for. The laundry hook-ups exist. But, the dryer air comes back into the apartment, there is no vent out. This has been illegal for years but, the buildings are old & were grandfathered in. The laundry room is not big enough for a standard w/d & you must rent them (they will give you the company to rent from). A pipe broke. Whoever they hired, broke internet connection & another pipe which took out the water, again. Swamping issue in the courtyard has been reported, by myself, 3 times over 3 days. Plumbers arrived 3.5 days after the 1st call. The original pipe break was not fixed correctly. This is typical of management doing a 50% job at best. Renovations are being done throughout the complex. They are all surface. Such as repaving the parking lot yet you could still the painted lines beneath, potholes & it is not level.
Jasmine the property manager is a real jack she is not qualified to be over anything she has no sense of customer service
