I am impressed with the new management so far.Doing alot of great things to improve the community.Can't wait to see the finished product.Would recommend the community to others.

The office staff are great to work with and they are always very friendly and helpful.

Mailroom has been broken for 4 months. All packages and mail has been returned to sender. Its been a nightmare trying to get mail. Only things sent by UPS can be received currently. No USPS mail or packages. 4 months! The office is dismissive and not responsive to the issue.

The office staff was super friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay before moving overseas. I will definitely be back if I am in the area.

You cannot use the sink in the kitchen because the it shares the drainage with the dishwasher which my cause a blockage and the whole apartment will be flooded. All the water from the sink will just be return to your kitchen floor. And no matter how much you complain, no matter how many times they come to "fix" it, you will for ever be mopping the kitchen and living room floor. Do the smart thing, go live somewhere else.

BLUF: do NOT live at this apartment complex. We (my wife and I) moved into this apartment complex on December 18, 2019 and did a pre-move-in inspection to annotate deficiencies before signing the lease. Among the issues found were: an accordion-style door off its tracks, a bathroom drawer off its tracks, a nonfunctional light switch, and two nonfunctional lights. Then we were out of town from December 19-29, expecting at least some of the issues to have been taken care of before we fully moved in none of them were. Once living in the apartment, I noticed the hot water would not last for the length of a normal shower (about 7 minutes). At the same time, I noticed the dishwashers lower spray arm was completely missing, a poorly draining sink, and the light above the stove did not work. I added both of these issues to the work order. To their credit, the hot water was treated as an emergency and was fixed 3 days later (January 2nd). Maintenance also fixed one of the lights, put the door back on its tracks, and attempted (unsuccessfully) to fix the bathroom drawer. A few days later we noticed an outlet wasnt working. As of January 6th, the list of unfixed issues included: a nonfunctional light switch, a bathroom light out, a useless dishwasher, a clogging sink, the stove light out, a busted drawer, and a nonfunctional outlet. We called on January 7th and were told it would be taken care of in the order in which they are received and could not get an estimate on when it might be checked out or remedied. This morning I noticed the bathtub paint covering beginning to peel off in multiple locations and in large hand-sized chunks. Its okay that the apartment had issues upon moving in (its never going to be perfect), but they should have been fixed during the week while we were out of town. I recommend checking out the apartment complex next door (Estates at Perimeter) it may be 10% more per month, but maybe youll have better luck with maintenance there.
