This place is for the most part clean. Maintenance staff work hard and are quick to answer requests. However, neighbors here are very loud and if you live in the second or third floor with an upstairs neighbor, expect to hear loud footsteps 24/7. Kids here often play and run up and down the stairs. They also play with balls in front of the cars instead of in the playground area. I have been living here for a while and, at first, the manager was friendly but after some time she has been rude and her staff is also very rude.

I have been living at the Haven for 3 years and I have enjoyed my apartment. Although there are things that could be updated in the apartment the overall quality is good. I have had some problems with the way the property has been managed in the past but things have improved. The tenant environment has changed but I guess that is normal. The management works hard to try to maintain a clean and safe environment, unfortunately some of the tenants don't seem to care. I remain here for now for convenience of location familiarity of the staff and complex. The response to my maintenance needs is excellent and I feel comfortable talking to the staff about my concerns. I hope you enjoy your life at the Haven.

It would be really helpful if there were a waste basket/trash can INSIDE the mail room. There is so much junk mail delivered daily, it is really a pain to have to drag it to my apartment to sort though and causes extra clutter and paper pile up. There should really be a trash can in the mail room that residents can dispense of junk mail immediately.

Some of the equipment in the gym needs work. Need to be able to change the channel on the tv on the gym. Could replace thevalley maybe. Nothing much to complain about. Extra iinsulation between floors would be nice as the noise when neighbors walk upstairs can be quite loud.

The manager and her staff treat residents rudely. Staff members speak to and treat tenants the same way the manager does.
