Do not move here. The office staff professionalism needs work, and they avoid you if you have a disagreement with them. Repairs take a long time if not something that maintenance can try to do themselves. They advertise that it's a luxury apartment but the property is dated and the work needed to be done inside units. The units are not any idea of luxury, just very aim. The elementary school assigned to the property is worse than the others in the county. There are issues with the teachers and the bus situations assigned to this school. They combine routes and cannot keep bus drivers. The community needs work. A good amount of residents are stationed at Ft. Gordon and there is constant turnover of apartments. The surrounding area is not easy to walk to businesses. . Some people choose to walk through the next door car lot to make the trip to Kroger but that depends on the time of day. The area in front of the apartment complex needs a traffic light, because turning left out of the drive is dangerous and there are several accidents in front of the complex.

Even though I did not become a tenant at this beautiful community, the staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and make sure all of your questions are answered! In my opinion this is a great place to call home!

Old ugly apartments. Needs new appliances, countertops and CARPET! The only thing i like is the size of the apartment. The pool outside is constantly loud and over occupied. People drop their kids off to swim here! Trash overflows and the gym area is a joke! Maintenance usually responds quickly and they are friendly. I will be happy when this lease is up! Not coming back here.

This place is for the most part clean. Maintenance staff work hard and are quick to answer requests. However, neighbors here are very loud and if you live in the second or third floor with an upstairs neighbor, expect to hear loud footsteps 24/7. Kids here often play and run up and down the stairs. They also play with balls in front of the cars instead of in the playground area. I have been living here for a while and, at first, the manager was friendly but after some time she has been rude and her staff is also very rude.
